Every day they deliver the Crown Home Care difference to every one of our clients and their families, which is why they undergo a stringent selection process and comprehensive background check and supply appropriate references. For your additional peace of mind, every new employee is inducted in line with the Care Certificate within 12 weeks of joining us and completes an NTO approved foundation level training course within six months.
Meet our Management
All our employees receive the training appropriate to their work and receive annual training in health and safety matters, such as moving and handling, fire awareness and action and a range of other areas.

Jodie undertakes a number of key roles at Crown Home Care to ensure the wonderful work of our care team is supported by an equally successful and financially sound business model.
In addition, with her background in marketing, Jodie understands the importance of delivering quality and customer service to our clients and our reputation and, therefore, helps drive these aspects of our operations. Jodie is also keen to keep Crown Home Care at the forefront of the industry and has introduced a range of contemporary initiatives.
These include our state of the art paperless systems within Crown Home Care, our presence on Facebook and the use of an innovative telephone system to improve communications with our clients, their families, other healthcare professionals and our team.
